Artwork title : See the unseen

"See the unseen"  invites the audiance to look behind the surface, to see the hidden, the mysterious, him self.

Art lets you put your life on pause. You stop doing what you just did and focus on the artwork. With my pictures I want to offer you a short trip, a trip to a place, a situation or maybe a memory – to laugh, cry, think about.

I combine ink drawings (dots, stippling) with digital image elements (pixel). The first step is always a pencil sketch followed by inking. I scan the finished ink drawing and the rest is magic - with a little help from my computer/camera. The final mixed media work is printed by Whitewall. The art lover always receives the mixed media work and the ink drawing. 

Today we are surrounded by the digital world and sometimes even form a unity with it. I use pixel & dots to create something up to date, something connected with our time.
