Artwork title : Recomposition #06

What geometries underlie the natural and the built environments? What traces of the past do they contain?

In New York City BAUHAUS: Oculus, I recompose details of the architecture of the landmark building created by Santiago Calatrava at the World Trade Center Hub. My images show geometrical forms reminiscent of the BAUHAUS style.

Recomposition #06 mirrors the times on and after the September 11, 2001 attack. Photography takes me into the world where I explore layers of cultures, humanity, and landscape. I see architectural buildings as modifications of urban space, reflecting the technology and the understanding of humanity at any time.
