I delved into the various levels of culture, humanity, and landscape within the Oculus, focusing on the remnants of its past. My creation incorporated photographs, geometric shapes inspired by the BAUHAUS style, and architectural details. The result was an abstract image encapsulating the past while embracing the present without distorting reality.

 

Buildings and structures can convey a city's history, culture, and identity. The New York City Oculus is a perfect example of modern architecture and design amalgamation. During my teenage years, I approached my father, who worked in architecture, for guidance, and he taught me to scrutinize the city's architecture with a discerning eye for perspective, balance, and scale.

 

Architecture and visual arts require a deep understanding of form, space, and structure, but they inspire us to approach problem-solving innovatively. They challenge us to see the world from a different perspective, to appreciate the beauty in the mundane, and to find inspiration in unexpected places.
