I illustrated very typical Japanese motifs persimmons and a sparrow, which symbolizes autumn season, on Art Nouveau design. The motifs were often illustrated on ukiyoe. By capturing the Japanese seasonal motifs on the European art designing, I would like you to enjoy the beautiful marriage of Art Nouveau and ukiyoe styles.
