Artwork title : F*R*I*E*N*D*S
F*R*I*E*N*D*S is an episode of the television sitcom series Friends without any of the main characters. Instead, the background characters in the cafe become the main focus of the camera, and the main, self-absorbed cast become side characters on the periphery. What happens when we question who is and isn't the focus of our media? How does our perspective shift when we move from the foreground to the background, to the things that can seem so small and insignificant, or the individuals who "disappear" in our world, but are no less essential to making it all "real"?
