"Anemone" evokes the hand of man in climate change, causing the warming of our oceans and destroying and bleaching coral around the world. From afar, the piece appears to be a bleached anemone, or an abstract decoration, but upon approach one sees that each protrusion is a human finger. The fingers point outward, accusing, blaming, addressing the viewer. Who is culpable? Who will take responsibility?
