Artwork title : Remixed food

This work expresses the phenomenon of various cultures blending together through the process of making modern Korean food influenced by Western culture, Japan, and China. The corn cheese, rice balls, and black bean sauce tteokbokki that appear in this video are Korean foods that are not Korean foods to the extent that some Koreans do not even recognize them as Korean foods.

The food cooked by wooden hands in a transparent glass is like a society that accesses information through the media. Using the characteristic of glass that looks the same whether it is hot or cold, the appearance of being cooked by the heat of hot glass means that it responds to the influence of culture that humans do not perceive.
