Located at the Parana Delta in Rosario, Argentina, the project unites urban and rural domains, creating a unique ecosystem inspired by a honeycomb network. Centering at the masterplan is a theater. It lays the groundwork for future expansion, intertwining habitable structures and nature while exploring the interplay of human influence. Over the decades, nature rejuvenates, embodying urban elements like an "infrastructural honeycomb", "truss-structured feathers", "theatrical stone", marking the inception of a spontaneous ecosystem where nature takes on sheltering or theatrical programs.
