This photo was shot a midst a mental breakdown, touched by thousands via Instagram. 

Muse reflects, "In this pic, I'm having a mental breakdown. I mean really, I was crying and screaming, hoping my world would end. But this isn't an uncommon thing for me. And I tell people all the time, 'Oh I had a mental breakdown a week ago," and I don't think they realize what that means for me...I was scared to see the film develop, I knew I was being obscene on this day. To my surprise, I look like a baby learning to navigate this world. Which I am 90% of the time."
