Artwork title : A Chance Encounter

This piece was done using traditional Persian Miniature techniques. It depicts a fierce Simurgh, or Persian phoenix, setting its eyes upon a curious deer. Though the two are separated by a tree, the Simurgh seemingly ignores it and has its eyes set on the deer.
