It is enough to overcome these 50 cm down from the head to the heart, sit in silence and try to listen to your heart. Maybe there is gentleness, tenderness, and unconditional self-love. And even if not, maybe in time it will appear. And if we discover it in our own heart, we can discover it in other hearts too. And maybe even our hearts will change our whole world…
