Artwork title : Swimming Lessson

In Swimming Lesson, I explore a shared moment rather than an action. The figures are suspended between movement and stillness, caught in a pause where observation, repetition, and presence become more important than the lesson itself. The pool is not only a place, but a stage for subtle human relationships.

My work is influenced by Pop Art through the use of bold color, clear shapes, and contemporary everyday scenes, and by Impressionism in the way water dissolves form, light, and reflection. I am interested in how color and rhythm can suggest emotion without telling a specific story.

This painting is part of my ongoing practice of transforming ordinary situations into visual symbols. I invite the viewer to look slowly, and through this work, to discover a wider language that continues across my other paintings.
