Nota Musicale is a definitive work from the series Echoes of the Choir, exploring the harmony between architecture and nature. Inspired by the ancient Korean rainmaking ritual, Gi-uje, the artist utilizes a precise mirroring technique—reminiscent of childhood "Butterfly Symmetry" paintings—to reveal hidden geometries within the atmosphere. Shot against the backdrop of Ouro Preto, Brazil, this work transforms palm leaves into a rhythmic and musical arrangement. By portraying the leaves as visual "notes/an eye," the piece emphasizes both reverence for nature and a spirit of preservation. The mounting under acrylic glass provides a crystalline depth and archival brilliance.
