Artwork title : The Side You Miss

This painting shows a penguin holding a bright red balloon, which makes it look cute at first. But I wanted to show the real side of survival too. Penguins may look soft and harmless, but they still must hunt to live. I was passionate about showing that mix, the cute and the harsh side of nature together. The red balloon represents innocence, while the rest of the scene shows the reality behind it. I wanted people to feel that contrast and think about how nature isn’t always what it looks like on the surface.
