A mermaid-like female figure is borne by smaller women. Hovering between myth and embodiment, she evokes archaic and maternal imaginaries of femininity. The image oscillates between care and burden, revealing how femininity is not only idealised but also shaped, disciplined and carried by collective expectations. Monumental yet vulnerable, the body resists, suspended between sensuality, projection and transformation.
