Artwork title : Still bleeding
The work is built from a structured grid of eucalyptus bark applied to a dark surface. Paper tapes create diagonal interventions that cross and partially cover the grid, while transparent plastic mesh elements evoke the idea of a protective layer. At the center, a vivid red pigment spreads vertically across the surface, suggesting an open wound that breaks and alters the initial order of the composition. The work explores the tension between natural materials and artificial interventions, where structure, rupture, and repair coexist.
