After.. This work is featuring a lifetime of an abused woman. She is going through a long recovery period,filled in with such strong feelings as pain and solitude. The essential one of the therapy is just to feel them free. The video also talks about ways to take advantage of the soul's natural desire to heal itself through love and selfcare,returnig slowly a sense of purity and tranquility. That is a rebirth,going into life.
