Whether represents the forces of nature meeting a manmade object. Rawhide (the skin of a cow) embraces an old door, which is suspended on its corner to create the impression of being blown away by the wind. Animal/nature encounters human/manufacture in a whirlwind of movement.

Whether, 2012, Rawhide, wood, 208 x 145 x 48 cm
