I grew up observing movement. Resulting from an extensive dance education, I trained myself to notice movement of every form at a young age. From emotions to performance, and thought to growth, every process that we partake in is a form of movement. When I came upon Frank Stella's work, I recognized a similar type of thought process from the use of lines in Stella's sculptures. Thus, inspired by this great artist, I created a mix media artwork symbolizing the movement of light and color through texture.
