The 'Hexagrams' series studies utilitarian objects and the way they show their continued use, both directly (grime and abrasions) as well as indirectly (written text). Hexagrams represent combinations of yin/yang, and in this series the way in which use is shown expresses the yin/yang duality and interaction.
